The 2006 APCO Western Regional Conference is located at the Oregon Convention Center in Portland, Oregon.

The host hotel for the convention is the Doubletree Hotel & Executive Meeting Center Portland-Lloyd Center.


2006 Professional Development Tracks

Operations & Training
A professional track with focus placed on the recruitment, screening, hiring, retention and training of telecommunicators. Presentations are designed for operations’ personnel wishing to increase their level of understanding of public safety communications, and for supervisors and managers intent on process improvements.
